If the application link does not work, you may compile all required documents in a Google Drive folder and send the folder link to slulightofthenorth@gmail.com. Please ensure that the folder is accessible for viewing.

Upload requirements (Choir)

A written overview detailing your choir’s background, history, notable achievements, and participation in past competitions (300 words in paragraph).
Submit a profile of the choir’s conductor, emphasizing relevant experience, credentials, and professional accomplishments (300 words in paragraph).
Recent photos of the choir and a formal, professional photo of the conductor.
Video Recording of two (2) songs of different genres recorded within the last six (6) months prior to this application.

Upload requirements (Soloists)

Two (2) HD photos of yourself to be used as your profile picture.
At least one (1) audition video of you singing Original Pilipino Music (OPM) song/s.

Once you have submitted your application form, kindly wait for the completion of the screening process. You will be notified via email once the screening results are finalized. Successful applicants may then proceed with the registration process.
